Section 317:30-5-295 - Eligible providers

(a) Occupational therapists.
(1)
Must be appropriately licensed in good standing in the state in which they
practice and working in accordance with the Oklahoma Occupational Therapy
Practice Act or other applicable statute(s); and
(2) Entered into a provider agreement with
the Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) to provide occupational therapy
services.
(b) Occupational therapy assistants.
(1) Must be working under the supervision of
a fully licensed occupational therapist;
(2) Must be appropriately licensed in good
standing in the state in which they practice and working in accordance with the
Oklahoma Occupational Therapy Practice Act or other applicable statute(s);
(3) Entered into a provider
agreement with the OHCA to provide occupational therapy services; and
(4) Provided the name of their
OHCA-contracted supervising occupational therapist upon enrollment.
