(a) The written or oral examination and skills examination shall be administered by a registered nurse.
(b) The skills examination portion shall include at least the following:
(1) Taking and recording temperature, pulse,
and respiration.
(2) Appropriate
and safe techniques in personal hygiene and grooming.
(3) Safe transfer techniques and
ambulation.
(4) Normal range of
motion and positioning.
