Section 310:664-5-10 - Voluntary termination of a preparedness program

(a) When an institution terminates a Department-approved preparedness program, the program shall:
(1) Notify the Department at least sixty (60)
days in advance, in writing, stating the reason, plan, and date of intention to
terminate; and
(2) Continue the
preparedness program until currently enrolled participants have completed the
curriculum and received a certificate of completion.
(b) The institution shall notify the Department of its plan to safeguard the preparedness program records.
