From 7-10-98 through 12-15-98, the Oklahoma State Department of Health was enjoined from enforcing the rules in this Chapter. On 12-16-98, "Reproductive Services vs. Keating, etal.," Docket no. 98-CV-447-H (US. Dist. Ct., N. Dist. OK) was dismissed with prejudice against all defendents .
