Section 310:567-3-2 - Diseases to be reported

All types of cancer will be considered as reportable disease. This will include all skin cancers and the following precancerous and in situ cases:

(1) Moderate or greater cervical dysplasia and carcinoma in situ of the cervix uteri.

(2) Carcinoma in situ of the female breast.

(3) Nonmalignant Central Nervous System tumors.
