Section 310:260-15-18 - Refusal, notification of right to access, and final request for access

If a person denies access to the Department, the Department shall:
(1) Inform the person that:
(A) The license holder is required to allow
access to the Department as specified under OAC 310:260-15-17 of this Chapter,
(B) Access is a condition of the
acceptance and retention of an establishment license to operate as specified
under OAC 310:260-15-14(4), and
(C)
If access is denied, an order issued by the appropriate authority allowing
access, hereinafter referred to as an inspection order, may be obtained
according to law; and
(2) Make a final request for access.
