The license issued by the Commissioner shall be posted at the barber, barber apprentice, instructor or graduate-apprentice work station. The license shall not be valid unless it is posted in a conspicuous location visible to the client, and a photo ID is in the possession of the person performing barbering. The photo ID shall be presented to any authorized representative of the Oklahoma State Department of Health upon request.
