No dock shall extend more than one-third (1/3) of the cove measured on Grand Lakefrom 745 feet elevation Pensacola Datum to 745 feet elevation Pensacola Datum. On Lake Hudson, the elevation shall be 622 feet mean sea level in figuring the one-third (1/3) of the cove rule. This rule applies to private docks and commercial docks.
