The Board meets twice annually to conduct the business of the agency, which includes review and action on applications for registration. Routine agency business and correspondence with the public are handled by the Secretary, located in the Agriculture Building, 2800 N. Lincoln Boulevard, Oklahoma City, OK. 73105; telephone (405) 521-3864 ext. 288.
