Section 260:25-15-1 - Purpose

The purpose of the rules in this Subchapter is to establish leave regulations [74:840-1.6a(11); 74:840- 2.20] for employees of the State of Oklahoma who are subject to leave rules. [O]ffices and positions of the State Senate and House of Representatives shall not be subject to... [the Rules governing] involuntary leave without pay or furlough... No person chosen by election or appointment to fill an elective office shall be subject to any leave plan or regulation or shall such person be eligible for accrual of any leave benefits [74:840-5.1]
