Section 260:135-7-101 - New and used trailer dealer license

All new and used travel trailer dealer and commercial trailer dealer licenses are issued by Service Oklahoma. Each of these is a separate license and allows the licensee to operate as a dealer in that specific type of trailer at that location only. All new trailer dealers must provide Service Oklahoma with copies of sales contracts or franchise agreements with the manufacturer of each type of trailer sold. All applications and remittances should be returned to Service Oklahoma. New and used manufactured home dealers are licensed by the Oklahoma Used Motor Vehicle and Parts Commission.
