Universal Citation: OK Admin Code 260:135-7-82

Current through Vol. 42, No. 1, September 16, 2024

(a) Online registration renewal process. Service Oklahoma shall design and implement a web-based online registration renewal process. Owners of eligible vehicle types may utilize the online service to renew the registration of the vehicle. Additional transaction types may be added to the online system, as appropriate.

(b) Online email notification. Renewing a registration via Service Oklahoma's online renewal process will automatically result in an email notification being sent out upon that registration's expiration. The online system will also provide an independent email sign-up function for the applicant's choosing to receive future email notification of their registration expiration(s). Email notification will supersede any other type of registration expiration notification. Failure to receive the email notification shall not relieve the applicant from their responsibility to timely renew their registration(s).

(c) Selection of licensed operator. The online registration renewal system will include a step where the registrant shall select any licensed operator in the state to complete the processing of their registration renewal. Following selection by a registrant, the motor license agent will be sent notification of the pending web transaction(s).
