(a) Pursuant to 70 O.S. §623, Service Oklahoma shall suspend the Class A, B, or C commercial driver license, issued pursuant to Title 47, of a person determined to be in default of a student loan as evidenced by notification to Service Oklahoma from the State Regents for Higher Education.
(b) This suspension will be accomplished as a disqualification of the person's Class A, B, or C commercial driver license.
