(a) Any applicant who is denied an instructor permit or whose permit is suspended by Service Oklahoma shall receive written notice of reason for denial, suspension, or revocation and be given an opportunity for hearing pursuant to OAC 260:135-1-9 et seq. In accordance with the rules of this Subchapter, an instructor's permit shall be suspended or revoked upon failure to remain in compliance with driving record requirements or for other good cause as determined by Service Oklahoma.

(b) A certified school and/or instructor shall not take part in, or be aware of any others taking part in, any fraudulent activity that may threaten the certification of Oklahoma's CDL Program. This shall constitute immediate release and automatic ban from the commercial truck school program and may result in criminal charges.
