Section 260:135-5-21 - Drug offender's driver license sanctions

(a) The revocation, suspension, cancellation, or denial of the driver license of any individual who is convicted of a drug offense shall not run concurrently with any other sanctions which require the driving privilege to be withdrawn for a prescribed amount of time.
(b) A denial based on a drug conviction shall become effective on the first day a person is otherwise eligible for a driver license, if such person is not eligible for a driver license at the time of conviction.
(c) For purposes of this Part, the term conviction shall include any notification from a court pursuant to 47 O.S. 1991, § 6-107.1.
