Section 260:135-5-101 - Reexamination upon failure of examination

(a) If the driver license applicant fails the skills examination administered by a designated examiner, the designated examiner shall wait the required amount of time before reexamining the applicant [see OAC 260:135-5-41 and 260:135-5-42] .

(b) The designated examiner shall record each failed examination on the Oklahoma skills examination application (DL-18-DE) [see OAC 260:135-5-105] and the examiner shall immediately notify Service Oklahoma by electronic means of the failure, as provided in OAC 260:135-5-100.
