Section 260:135-5-88 - Penalties to persons not licensed by State

Any person who is not licensed to drive by the State of Oklahoma shall be subject to receiving points on a driving record in like manner of a person licensed to drive by the State of Oklahoma. In the event such person's driving record totals ten (10) points, the privilege to operate a motor vehicle in Oklahoma shall be suspended in like manner as a person who is licensed by this State is suspended. Service Oklahoma's authority to suspend will be provided by 47 O.S. §§ 6-202, 6-203, and 6-206.
