(a) Training. After issuance of a new license, a Licensed Operator will be given a three (3) to four (4) day training, encompassing policies and procedures involved in the third-party fulfillment of designated services to be rendered by Service Oklahoma.
(b) Continuing education. Licensed Operators are responsible for keeping abreast of, as well as implementing, statutory, and procedural changes and instructions issued by Service Oklahoma. Attendance by the Licensed Operator and selected employees at annual licensed operator schools conducted by Service Oklahoma is not mandatory, but is strongly encouraged.
