Upon the sale or transfer of an existing license to operate a designated Service Oklahoma location, the Service Oklahoma Operator Board has the power to decide the equitable settlement of any issue arising from partial interests involved in real and personal property. The property may, however, be transferred to Service Oklahoma to be held or used by Service Oklahoma until a license is issued to a successor Licensed Operator.
