A Licensed Operator shall provide a notary for those documents required to be notarized by Service Oklahoma. A Licensed Operator may not require notarization of any document that is not required to be notarized by Service Oklahoma or require additional notarized documents beyond those required by Service Oklahoma for the applicable transaction. Only the notary fee amount provided by statute may be assessed for each required notarization.
