Section 260:135-3-39 - Procedures for reporting and collecting returned checks on driver's license records

Upon receiving notice from the bank that a check written for a driver's license record has been returned unpaid, the licensed operator will pick up the check. The Licensed Operatormay not charge the maker of the check a service charge fee upon collection, nor may the Licensed Operator send the check to Service Oklahoma for credit or collection, if uncollectible.
