A licensed operator shall reimburse the Service Oklahoma depository account for all dishonored checks which have been deposited to the account. The account is not to be charged. Dishonored checks that cannot be collected by the licensed operator within thirty (30) days of retrieval from the depository bank are to be forwarded to Service Oklahoma for credit and appropriate collection efforts.
