All numbered items consigned to the licensed operator from Service Oklahoma must be accounted for by the Licensed Operator. Once received, such items must be properly accounted for by the licensed operator as either issued, reconsigned to another licensed operator, or returned unissued to Service Oklahoma. Licensed Operators should never destroy or dispose of unissued accountable items, unless specific, written authorization to do so is issued by Service Oklahoma.
