Section 260:135-3-68 - Guidelines for removing, changing, or adding restrictions or endorsements

(a) The holder of as Oklahoma license bearing one or more restrictions who desires a restriction removal from their license must contact a Driver License Examiner and complete an examination, if necessary.

(b) If the restriction can be removed, the Driver License Examiner will make the necessary changes and provide the applicant a DL-10 form to present to the licensed operator.

(c) The same procedure described in (a) and (b) of this section applies for updating endorsements.

(d) Removing, changing, or adding restrictions or endorsements requires the licensee to purchase a replacement.
