(a) The official communication from the Driver License Examiner to the licensed operator is the DL-10. The DL-10 form is signed and verified by the applicant and sealed by the Driver License Examiner. This form is used for.
(1) All
original applications and when dropping to a lower class at time of
renewal.
(2) Renewals and
replacements authorized by a Driver License Examiner.
(3) Corrections not already authorized to the
licensed operator.
(b) The DL-10 form is a computer generated document. No corrections shall be made on this form. A new DL-10 form must be issued by the Driver License Examiner.
(c) Driver license applications may be accepted within date specified on the application.
