Section 260:135-3-2 - Consanguinity; residency

(a) No person shall be granted a license to operate a designated Service Oklahoma location that is related by consanguinity, affinity, or adoption within the third degree to any member or to any employee of Service Oklahoma.

(b) Any licensed operator shall have been a resident of the State of Oklahoma for a period of six (6) months prior to submitting an application for a license to operate a designated Service Oklahoma location. Provided, that if a Licensed Operator moves his or her residence to a place outside the State of Oklahoma, the licensed operator shall provide notice to the Service Oklahoma Operator Board and sell his or her license within ninety (90) days of such notice.
