Section 260:135-1-15 - Decision of Hearing Officer

(a) The Hearing Officer may announce his or her decision orally at the close of the hearing or may announce that his or her decision will be announced in writing at a later date.
(b) A copy of the decision may be mailed to each party or his attorney of record.
