It is unlawful to print or distribute ballots or duplicates of ballots except for use in voting at the election. [26:6-119] However, newspapers or organizations that wish to reproduce ballots for educational purposes may do so, provided that the reproductions are at least 20 percent smaller or 20 percent larger than the official ballots and provided that such reproductions bear the words "FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY," in capital letters.
