Prior to the issuance, execution and delivery of Insurance by the Board, the Oversight Commissions must also approve any bonds or indebtedness being issued by the ODFA to the extent the bonds or indebtedness are enhanced or supported by the Fund pursuant to the Act except for obligations exempted under the Quality Jobs Investment Program.
