Section 165:58-1-3 - Application of rules

This Chapter shall apply to every payphone service provider seeking to or providing telecommunications service in the State of Oklahoma, including incumbent LECs and certificated IXCs providing payphone service in the State of Oklahoma as of January 1, 1996, and, where applicable, to every telecommunications service provider facilitating the provisioning of payphone service, which providers are, by law, subject to the jurisdiction of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission.
