(a) For purposes of selecting contractors, the Department will subject all qualifications statements to conform to all requirements of the Act, subsequent amendments, and requirements of the Department.
(b) Eligible entities shall meet the general requirements for a Community Action Agency set out in 74 O.S. 1991, Sections 5035 and 5036.
