Section 150:65-13-7 - Transmittal of information

(a) The Department will notify the Commission of each approved incentive offer.
(b) The Department will provide the Commission with all of the following documentation for each approved incentive offer:
(1) A copy of the
executed incentive contract.
(2)
The results of the cost-benefit analysis.
(3) Any other information deemed by both the
Department and the Commission to be reasonably necessary for administration of
the program.
