Chapter 40 - Multipurpose Senior Centers Grant Program
Section 150:40-1-4 - Eligible activities, prohibited activity

(a) Multipurpose service center grants may be used only for the following activities:
(1)
Rehabilitation, major rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for use as a
multipurpose senior center;
(2)
Payment of equipment necessary to provide support services; or
(3) Acquisition or construction of a
multipurpose senior center.
(b) Multipurpose senior center grants may not be used for the costs of operation and administration of the center.
