Section 150:1-9-5 - Search fees

The search fee shall only be applicable to materials requested solely for commercial purposes or when clearly an excessive disruption of the essential function of the Department has or will occur, unless it is determined by the Director, in his discretion, that the public interest is served to such an extent that no charge should be applicable.
