Section 150:1-3-5 - Revolving funds

The Department shall have the power to perform the duties prescribed or implied in order to administer statutorily created revolving funds of the Department. Additionally, the Department shall utilize accounts assigned by the Office of State Finance in accordance with statute and published guidelines.
