Section 150:1-27-1 - Purpose; scope

(a) The rules of this chapter are adopted for the purpose of simplifying procedure, avoiding unnecessary delay, saving expenses and facilitating the administration of the statutes and programs for which the Department of Commerce is responsible. To that end, the rules of this chapter shall be given fair and impartial construction. The rules of this chapter shall be cumulative to the Administrative Procedures Act, 75 O.S., Section 250 et seq.

(b) The rules of this chapter shall govern all formal proceedings of the Department.
