Section 150:1-25-5 - Notice to applicants

Applicants for the financing of a departmentally approved project, at the local level, as authorized and contemplated under the Oklahoma Department of Commerce Act and other applicable laws shall be notified by mail of one of the following after deadline for receipt of an application, within one hundred twenty (120) days:

(1) The application is recommended for funding and qualifications and limitations to obtain a contract will be outlined;

(2) If applicable, that the application is incomplete or incorrect and an explanation of the problem; time limitations for correcting the problem in order to remain a viable applicant shall be set out in the notice;

(3) The application is not recommended for funding; or

(4) Notification that the applicant or project purpose is ineligible under the program applied for.
