Section 150:1-17-4 - Hearings; appearances; presentation of views

(a) Unless otherwise specified, and stated in the notice of hearings, all rulemaking hearings shall be conducted in the offices of the Department of Commerce.

(b) Any persons interested or affected by proposed actions may appear at rulemaking hearings. An appearance may be made individually, or by a representative.

(c) Persons wishing to argue or discuss rules orally at hearing may notify the Department in advance of the hearing and schedule a time not to exceed twenty (20) minutes to present oral information.
