Section 150:1-17-2 - Petition

(a) Any interested person may petition the Department requesting the promulgation, amendment, or repeal of a rule in the following manner.

OKLAHOMA DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE
IN RE (nature of proceeding, - -e.g. request for amending of rule) ))) Case No._________ (to be completed by staff)

(b) All such petitions shall be in writing and shall be filed with the Department at its principal office.

(c) The petition shall state clearly and concisely, all matters pertaining to the requested action and the reasons for the request.

(d) The request must also state clearly and specifically whether there are any persons known to the petitioner who may be concerned with the subject of the request and who should be notified of the hearing.
