Section 150:1-15-2 - Notice to Show Cause

(a) Prior to taking any corrective or remedial actions, a Notice to Show Cause shall be issued by the Oklahoma Department of Commerce.

(b) The Notice shall be captioned as follows:

SHOW CAUSE HEARING

(c) The Notice shall include a statement concerning the activities or actions that have resulted in the proposed corrective or remedial actions.

(d) The Notice shall specify the particular statute or rule that serves as the basis for the show cause hearing.

(e) The Notice shall state the corrective or remedial actions or sanction that the petitioner has requested. Alternative or several different types of corrective or remedial action or sanction may be requested.

(f) The Notice shall state the date, time and place of the show cause hearing.

(g) The date of the show cause hearing shall be no less than ten (10) working days from issuance of the Notice to Show Cause.
