Section 150:1-15-14 - Appeal of final orders; transcripts

(a) Any party aggrieved by a final order may appeal to the district court within thirty (30) days of the issuance of a final order or thirty (30) days from a final disposition of a properly filed application for rehearing.

(b) A transcript of oral testimony at the hearing shall be provided to the court by the Oklahoma Department of Commerce upon payment of the costs of preparation of the transcript by the appealing party. Requests for transcripts shall be made in writing and filed with the Department of Commerce. Costs shall be assessed as provided in Subchapter 9 of this chapter.
