(a) Each doctor of chiropractic in the State of Oklahoma who holds himself or herself out to the public as being a post-doctorate specialist in an area shall re-register with the Board if the granting institution, specialty council, or specialty board who granted the chiropractic physician the specialty certificate requires re-certification or renewal of the certificate. The chiropractic physician shall re-register the renewed specialty certification by providing the information required by the Board upon the next chiropractic physician's annual chiropractic license renewal application.

(b) Upon a successful demonstration of these requirements, the Board shall continue the applicant's name on the registry.
