I, Mary Fallin, Governor of the State of Oklahoma, hereby direct the appropriate steps be taken to fly all American and Oklahoma flags on State property at half-staff from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 20, 2017, to honor Representative David Brumbaugh, who died on April 15, 2017.

David Brumbaugh was elected to serve House District 76 in 2010. In his six years of service to District 76 he quickly became known as an individual with a deep respect for his fellow man and a keen sense of fairness. In both 2014 and 2016, he was elected to serve as the Majority Caucus Chairman for the Oklahoma House of Representatives. Those that knew him best admired his life-long service to his family, faith, community, the state of Oklahoma, and the Nation. His dedication and service will not be forgotten.

This executive order shall be forwarded to the Division of Capital Assets Management, who shall cause the provisions of this order to be implemented by all appropriate agencies of state government.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the Great Seal of the State of Oklahoma to be affixed at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, this 19th day of April, 2017.
