I, Mary Fallin, Governor of the State of Oklahoma, pursuant to the authority vested in me by Section 256 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma Statutes, do hereby order:

A. The following Executive Orders shall remain in full force and effect:

1. The following Executive Orders issued by the Honorable David Walters:

94-16 designating the Secretary of the Environment to be responsible to disburse certain funds for the state

2. The following Executive Orders issued by the Honorable Frank Keating:

93-20 establishing the Developmental Disabilities Council (as amended on September 5, 2002)

96-07 designating Office of Juvenile Affairs as the agency responsible for state juvenile justice plans

97-08 designating the Director of DCS to issue emergency declarations closing state buildings when unsafe working conditions exist

3. The following Executive Orders issued by the Honorable Brad Henry:

2003-22 requiring certification and submission of payrolls for payment

2003-29 appointing Commissioner of Department of Public Safety as Governor's designee for advising when hazardous weather conditions exist

2004-01 clarifying powers for Secretary of Environment

2004-10 creating the Governor's Interagency Council on Homelessness

2006-04 re-establishing the Interagency Coordinating Council for Early Childhood Intervention (as amended on July 7, 2007)

2010-06 prohibiting state employees from texting while driving when using state vehicles, state electronic equipment, or when on state business

2010-34 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) Development Bonds

4. The following Executive Orders issued by the Honorable Mary Fallin:

2011-11 creating the Governor's Science and Technology Council

2011-17 designating Lieutenant Governor Todd lamb as Oklahoma's Small Business Advocate

2011-19 establishing the Governor's Unmanned Aerial System Council (as amended on February 5, 2013)

2011-39 ordering the Oklahoma Office of Homeland Security and the Oklahoma State Bureau of investigation to oversee and manage the Oklahoma Information Fusion Center

2012-01 prohibiting the use of tobacco products on all properties owned, leased, or contracted for use by the State of Oklahoma

2013-34 requiring state agencies to submit an electronic copy of proposed permanent rules to the Governor and the appropriate Cabinet Secretary

2013-37 directing the Oklahoma Department of Human Services to work collaboratively with tribal sovereigns on child welfare issues

2013-43 prohibiting the use of electronic cigarette or vaping devices on all properties owned, leased, or contracted for use by the State of Oklahoma, except for the use of such devices by residents of Veteran's Affairs Residential Facilities while on facility grounds

2014-19 setting forth state holidays for 2015 (as amended on June 30, 2014)

2015-01 declaring an emergency due to limited propane supplies

2015-02 establishing the Oklahoma Justice Reform Steering

Committee

2015-03 ordering all American and Oklahoma flags on State property to be flown at half-staff in honor of Nicholas Dees

2015-04 ordering all American and Oklahoma flags on State property to be flown at half-staff in honor of former State Senator Jerry Smith

This Executive Order shall be distributed to all members of the Governor's Cabinet.
