I, Mary Fallin, Governor of the State of Oklahoma, pursuant to the authority vested in me by Section 90.10 of Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, in recognition of Oklahoma Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day and those who died or were injured in World War II, hereby direct the appropriate steps be taken to fly all American and Oklahoma flags on State property at half-staff from 5:00 p.m. Friday, December 6, 2013, until 8:00 a.m. Monday, December 9, 2013, to honor the many Oklahoma and United States citizens who died on December 7, 1941, as a result of the attack by the Japanese on Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.

This executive order shall be forwarded to the Division of Capital Assets Management who shall cause the provisions of this order to be implemented by all appropriate agencies of state government.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the Great Seal of the State of Oklahoma to be affixed at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, this 2nd day of December, 2013.
