I, Mary Fallin, Governor of the State of Oklahoma, by virtue of the Oklahoma Constitution and the laws of the State of Oklahoma, hereby deny clemency to Brian Darrell Davis.

On June 6, 2013, the Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board voted 4-1 to recommend to the Governor that clemency be granted to Brian Darrell Davis. The Board recommended his sentence of death be commuted to life without parole.

In accordance with 22 O.S. Section 1001.1(G), I hereby order the Department of Corrections to proceed with Brian Darrell Davis' execution as scheduled on June 25, 2013.

This Executive Order shall be forwarded to the Director of the Oklahoma Department of

Corrections and the Oklahoma Attorney General who shall cause the provisions of this Order to be implemented by all appropriate agencies of state government.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have set my hand and caused the Great Seal of the State of Oklahoma to be affixed at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, this 13th day of June, 2013.
