I, Mary Fallin, Governor of the State of Oklahoma, hereby direct the appropriate steps be taken to fly all American and Oklahoma flags on State property at half-staff from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, July 8, 2011, to honor former State Representative Rusty Farley, who died on Monday, July 4, 2011.

Representative Farley was first elected to the Oklahoma House of Representatives in 2008 to represent District I which covers most of McCurtain County. He was a dedicated public servant and representative to his constituents. Throughout his life, Representative Bryant made great contributions to the State of Oklahoma.

This executive order shall be forwarded to the Director of Central Services who shall cause the provisions of this order to be implemented by all appropriate agencies of state government.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the Great Seal of the State of Oklahoma to be affixed at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, this 6 day of July, 2011.
