THIS EXECUTIVE ORDER WAS FIRST ISSUED AS EXECUTIVE ORDER 2008-17, CREATING A DUPLICATION IN NUMBERING. UPON DISCOVERY OF THE ERROR, THE GOVERNOR ISSUED A "CORRECTED NUMBER EXECUTIVE ORDER" TO CHANGE THE NUMBER FROM 2008-17 TO 2008-18.
