Title 1 - EXECUTIVE ORDERS
Section 1:1990-11

Pursuant to the authority vested in the Governor by 74 Okla. Stat. §840.3(1) (1989 Supp.), it is hereby ordered that positions of Secretary I (OSBI #192), Secretary I (OSBI #193), and Laborer (OSBI #194), previously created and funded under Bureau of Justice Assistance, grant #D87-025, entitled Drug Destruction, in the Oklahoma State Bureau Of Investigation, be placed under the Oklahoma Merit System of Personnel Administration effective the expiration date of the grant as prescribed by the Oklahoma Personnel Act, 74 Okla. Stat. §840.1 et seq. (1989 Supp.), and the rules promulgated thereunder.

It is hereby ordered that employees occuping said positions at the time of this order be placed into the classified service of the Merit System without regard to competitive examination.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the Great Seal of the State of Oklahoma to be affixed at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, this 13th day of August 1990.
