By virtue of the authority vested in me by Title 74, Oklahoma Statutes, 1971, Section 802, it is hereby ordered that the Department of Consumer Affairs be placed under the merit system of personnel administration as prescribed by the Merit System of Personnel Administration Act (Title 74, Oklahoma Statutes, 1971, as amended, Section 801-839 inclusive) and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder by the Oklahoma State Personnel Board.

It is further ordered that the following positions shall be exempt from this order: the Administrator, the Deputy Administrator, and the Administrator's Executive Secretary.
